Healthy Eating workshops prove a workplace hit

Luke Liddell, Development Worker for Workplace Health has been busy developing and delivering healthy eating workshops to businesses and organisations engaged in the Better Health at Work Award. The workshop covers the Eatwell Guide, food groups, food labelling, alcohol & calories and eating healthily on a budget.

Feedback has been excellent, with one person saying, "The training has given me a better understanding on different food types and general knowledge regarding healthy eating."

Another commented, "Really enjoyed Luke’s session – he was professional, knowledgeable and engaging and encouraged everyone to make a contribution to the discussion."
